No reservation is possible without this payment. The deposit is accounted for towards your treatment price. A Minimum of 2 days notice is required to reschedule an appointment for another date or time.
  • You must arrive on time as arriving late will mean you might lose your appointment (paid or complimentary) and your deposit as this will delay the therapist's schedule and is not fair to other following clients.
  • Payment in the salon by cash and card.

BEFORE THE TREATMENT

  • If you have any medical conditions, taking medication, are not feeling well, or are pregnant, lactating women please inform me before the treatment. In certain cases, you will need a medical note from the doctor.

  • Micropigmentation is safe and I use a numbing cream to minimize the pain during the procedure. I use the best available pigments on the market, they never cause any reported allergic reaction to anyone. The ingredients are a combination of pigments, glycerin, witch hazel, aqua, rosin, benzyl alcohol, and isopropyl alcohol. Pigments are gamma-ray sterilized, vegan, and also cruelty-free.

  • A sensitivity patch test is an option offered to all new clients. This has to be done anytime before or at least 24-48 hours ahead of the booked appointment date. However, if you wish to not have this done, you can sign a waiver and therefore release the therapist from liability if you develop an allergic reaction to the pigment or any of the products used. Pigments do not cause an allergic reaction and it is extremely rare.
  • Please understand there are traces of nickel in some needles and pigments and that this may affect you if you have an allergy to nickel. The sensitivity patch test will not always confirm or determine conclusively if you have an allergy to nickel or whether you will have a reaction to the products used in the treatment which you have requested. Let us know if you have/had allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.
  • Please inform me if you had any beauty invasive treatment done in the last 4 weeks:  fillers, botox, laser, chemical peels. You must wait at least 4 weeks to do semi-permanent makeup after invasive treatments.
  • Please let us know if you have any health conditions.
  • THE TREATMENT TAKES 2-3 HOURS, THERE IS SPACE ONLY FOR ME AND THE CUSTOMER in the room. IF YOU WANT TO BRING FRIENDS OR CHILDREN THEY WILL HAVE TO STAY IN THE WAITING AREA.
  • If you had Covid vaccination please wait at least 4 weeks.
  • If you would like to reschedule your appointment you must do it asap and choose the date of your next appointment. Everyone who will not do it straight away and claim their appointment after a few months cannot have the deposit back.
AFTER TREATMENT

  • After SPM procedures you should be prepared for the color to be significantly sharper and darker immediately after the treatment. This will subside and become lighter as the tissue heals. This process can take up to 10 days, but the full healing process and color retention take 4 weeks. Results vary on skin type, aftercare, skincare regime, lifestyle, diet, and longevity of the tattoo is on your own metabolic rate.
  • It is crucial to follow the aftercare and avoid: sunbathing, exercising, sweating, swimming, hot showers, active ingredients which are part of face creams and serums like acids, peels, vitamins C, retinol, etc also all the medications, antibiotics, especially skin steroids might hugely affect the healing result. Picking, removing scabs, applying creams that are not for aftercare is not recommended during healing. Protecting eyebrows from UV using SPF50  is crucial for the best result after the healing process.
  • You will be informed about aftercare after the procedure.
  • Aftercare is included and explained after every treatment
  • TOUCH UP SESSION -  ONLY £60 (Permanent cosmetic treatments can require touch-up treatment sessions. For best results, you may need to return for at least one touch up treatment between four and eight weeks after the initial treatment)
